Couldn't get anyone to bring us towels...ever (said not enough housekeeping staff), rented a suite and there was only a shower...seems odd, customer service fair - at best

I recently stayed at Hawthorn for a few nights and had a great experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided a good variety of options. Despite being located across the street from Walmart, the hotel was surprisingly quiet during the night. The staff was professional and always approachable, greeting guests with a friendly "good morning.
Nothing to dislike about my stay at Hawthorn. 😊
